All Course Promotions are awarded at the Sole Discretion of the Academy, and are only valid at time of offer, and are non transferable. JOTRA reserves the right to withdraw any such promotion at any time without notice or explanation. Payment received for any course whether under promotion or not, is deemed to be governed by The Academies Standard Terms and Conditions which you agree to be bound by and are available upon request, and issued at time of course confirmation.
To qualify for a promotion, candidates must apply whilst it is still on offer, ensuring that they first contact the Academy to register for the course against which the promotion is offered. Payment must be received before the promotion expires, however this does not guarantee a place on the course nor that you have qualified for the promotion. The Academy will write to confirm your place and that you have qualified for the promotion. Block Bookings cannot be taken against any promotion.
